Make Folders Without Any Name

Have you ever tried to make folders without any name. It sounds quite impossible. But in windows a folder can be created which has no name nothing. Actually it is a progamming trick. Please don't think about lenthy process. It is as simple as anyone can do it.
Just create new folder by right clicking anywhere, now hold Alt key and type 255 (using numeric keys), press return/enter key, and its done. thats it. Is it difficult...
